We visit the property to properly assess the scope of work, take measurements and discuss options on site. For larger or commercial projects, this may involve a more detailed technical survey.

Detailed Quotation & Programme of Works

Planning & Trade Coordination
Behind the scenes, we schedule every trade - structural, electrical, plumbing, joinery and finishing - so work progresses in the right order without you having to manage a single supplier.
